  1. Why should I join the review?
Joining the review class gives structure to your studies, enabling you to better understand complex topics through simple, easy to understand lectures. Our lecturers guide you through the review, and give extra emphasis to important topics.

  2. Is there a guarantee that I will pass the exam if I join the review?
There is no guarantee that you will pass the exam upon joining the review. Studying and passing the exam depends totally on the individual. Our job is to come up with interesting, easy to understand lectures to facilitate learning and recall. You have to do the hard part – studying and preparing for the exam.

  3. Can I enroll in your review class even though I don’t have any intention of going abroad to work and would just like to update my knowledge?
Yes, some of our past reviewees enrolled primarily to update their knowledge and keep abreast of the developments in pharmacy. We do not limit our reviewees only to those who want to work abroad.

  4. When and where are the review classes held?
Our review classes are held on weekends, either whole day Saturday or Sunday class in our office at CSL Bldg., 1919 F. Agoncillo St., Malate, Manila.

  5. I am not available on weekends. Is there a weekday schedule of classes?
We can schedule weekday classes in our office provided we have adequate number of reviewees and our lecturers are available

  6. I am currently working abroad and have only 2 weeks vacation in the Philippines. I am interested in signing up for a special review class.
We can arrange a special class for you. However, it will be more expensive. Actual cost will depend on the subject(s) chosen and schedule will depend on the lecturers’ availability. Please email info@rxreview.com  for further information.

  7. I want to know more about the opportunities for pharmacists and your program before joining the review. How do I do this?
We encourage all pharmacists (and potential reviewees) to know what they are getting into by first attending our monthly orientation. We will be discussing topics like pharmacist opportunities abroad, the review program and requirements for taking the examination. Orientation fee is P100. Please check the Schedules section of our website and sign up early as limited seats are available. Please click here to register online for the orientation.

  8. I am interested in taking the Canada PEBC exam. Do you have a review class specific for this exam?
Our existing review program already includes major topics for the Canada PEBC exam that you can join. However, at this time, we cannot give you the same extensive support that we offer for our US- and Australia- bound reviewees.

  9. How much is the review fee?
Our review fee is fifteen thousand pesos, which includes consultation with our exam passers who will guide you from the application stage to the employment referral process and link you up with a network of Filipino pharmacists-friends already working abroad.

  10. I don’t want to join the review. Can I just buy the reference books and study on my own?
We do hope that you reconsider and join the review. The benefits of joining the review are immeasurable. It is a whole lot easier to be guided through the whole process with the proper support group, rather than to tread your own path.

The reference books are service items provided for our reviewees, since we require them to have read the assigned chapters before coming to class. While our reviewees are our #1 priority, you may buy reference books from us provided we have available stock.

  11. I live too far from the review center.
We had reviewees from as far as Vigan and Tuguegarao in the North, and Samar, Leyte who have all made sacrifices by waking up very early in the morning just to be able to attend the review and go back home on the same day right after class. We all have to make sacrifices to be able to go after what we want. What is important is to commit yourself to attending the review, making time for it and for studying (and learning). We are sure that you (and your family) will be able to reap the fruits of your sacrifices in the near future.

  12. What are the requirements in joining the review?
We require our reviewees to pay the review fee and submit 2 pcs of 1x1 ID pictures for our file. We also require our reviewees to commit themselves to their future success by coming to class on time, having the required reference books and reading the assigned topics before going to class.

  13. Will you help in applying for the US visa and the requirements for the exam?
You have to apply for the requirements and the US visa on your own. We can share with you some pointers and tips but the actual processing and legwork should be done by you.

  14. Will you give me a job when I pass the exam?
No, we are not a recruitment agency. We can only give our reviewees referrals to possible employers, but the actual communication, processing and follow-up are done by you.
